What this site is
OOPbuy Spreadsheet is an independent guide and reference site for people using OOPbuy — the Chinese buying agent that fulfils orders from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian and other domestic platforms.
We focus on three things:
- Guides. Step-by-step walkthroughs that explain what OOPbuy does at each stage: Spreadsheet → order → QC → warehouse → parcel → shipping.
- Shipping comparison. Side-by-side rate tables by country, line type, and weight band — with plain-English explanations of why prices differ.
- News updates. Short posts when OOPbuy ships, fees, or Spreadsheet behavior changes. No industry chatter, only what affects your orders.
What this site is not
We want to be clear about the boundaries:
- We are not affiliated with OOPbuy. We do not work for OOPbuy and do not speak for them.
- We don't sell products. You place and pay for orders on the OOPbuy main site.
- We don't process payments or handle shipping. Those happen entirely inside your OOPbuy account.
- We don't accept paid rankings. Our comparisons are editorial, based on public rate sheets and our testing.
Who this site is for
New OOPbuy users who want to understand how the workflow works before spending money, and returning users who want a second-opinion on shipping decisions. We assume you know basic online shopping but are new to China-based buying agents.
How we keep things accurate
Shipping rates move. Platform rules change. We refresh the main pages (Shipping, Guides, FAQ) when meaningful changes happen and note the last update date on the page. If something looks outdated, it probably is — let us know.
